The KCS Resourcers are part of our Candidate Services Team (CST) responsible for candidate acquisition. The Resourcers play a key role in the business by sourcing, vetting, managing candidates’ compliance documentation, coordinating inductions, assessing qualifications, and supporting candidates throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role – EU Candidate Resourcer:

As an EU Resourcer at KCS, you will play a vital role in candidate acquisition, and managing the candidate lifecycle from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  •  Source candidates and fill open positions across the EU, in a variety of trades such as M&E, Logistics, HVAC, and Plant Operatives.
  • Manage the candidate lifecycle, from vetting and onboarding to ongoing support and demobilization.
  • Manage rotation, holiday, and personal leave for Operatives working across borders.
  • Support the recruiter in manifesting job specifications into viable candidate options.
  • Vet candidates to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for candidates, including international travel for cross-border projects, as well as domestic travel arrangements while adhering to budget.
  • Perform all administration tasks related to candidate services, including CRM.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, including Right to Work and Employment Status for all countries in which we operate or plan to expand into.
  • Ensuring that certifications and qualifications, are appropriate to the level required and up to date.

Candidate requirements:

  • Strong customer services skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, and effective time management skills, as EU hours differ from UK hours.
  • Experience using Voyager, Glenigan and HubSpot is an advantage but not essential.
  • Able to show initiative and work autonomously.
  • Ability to work to EU hours (7:30 – 16:00 GMT)
