Lewis founded the company back in 2017 and is our Managing Director. He offers a hands-on approach and still gets a buzz filling jobs and helping his clients.

Alex King – MD - EU
Alex joined the team in March 2021 as our Head of European Operations from a project management background. He offers our clients sensational service and knowledge of all stages in the construction lifecycle and is focused heavily on our mainland Europe presence.
Paul Welford – MD - UK
Paul joined us in February 2020 as our Sales Director and has been involved in recruitment since 2007. He is a seasoned, highly experienced recruiter with exceptional industry knowledge and is part of our strong leadership core.
Alina Ungureanu – Operations Manager
Alina joined us in June 2020 as our lead administrator. She oversees and has a passion for the 1% jobs that combined mean a lot to any successful business. She is a tireless resourcer who works hard to match candidates with our clients and she should be your first call when you are looking for a new contract.
Vicky Warrener – Financial Director
With the company since inception, Vicky is a highly experienced accounting professional responsible for the financial security of the company. She is always accessible and works closely with the sales and resourcing team.
Simon Wilson – Area Manager
Simon joined the team in February 2022 and is another exceptionally experienced recruiter we are proud to have onboard. He comes from a site background and is driven to succeed in managing our operations in the north of the UK. Simon continues to enhance his own and the company’s reputation by offering a truly consultative approach to our clients.
Mike Keane – Area Manager
Mike is our longest serving team member who has been recruiting since 2014 and started with us just after formation in 2017. Mike has excellent industry knowledge and truly cares about the success of our clients and candidates.
Andy Davidson – Area Manager
Andy joined in April 2022 following two decades at a major construction services company and brings a wealth of experience to the table, particularly in areas not previously offered by KCS like demolition and logistics. He has built an exemplary personal reputation within the industry through his hard work, diligence, and manner and we are excited to be working with him.

Andreea started in September 2021 working alongside the candidate services team. She is an excellent resource who works very hard for our on-site team. She also assists the EU team in supplying operatives and ensuring they meet compliance requirements.
