Lewis founded the company back in 2017 and is our Managing Director. He offers a hands on approach and still gets a buzz filling jobs and helping his clients.
Mike is our longest serving team member who has been recruiting since 2014 and started with us just after formation in 2017. Mike has excellent industry knowledge and truly cares about the success of our clients and candidates.
Paul joined us in February 2020 as our Sales Director and has been involved in recruitment since 2007. He is a seasoned, highly experienced recruiter with exceptional industry knowledge and is part of our strong leadership core.
Alex joined the team in March 2020 as our Head of European Operations from a project management background. He offers our clients sensational service and knowledge of all stages in the construction lifecycle and is focused heavily on our mainland Europe presence.
Alina joined us in June 2020 as our lead administrator. She oversees and has a passion for the 1% jobs that combined mean a lot to any successful business. She is a tireless resourcer who works hard to match candidates with our clients and she should be your first call when you are looking for a new contract.
Sarah is recent addition to the team. She assists Alina with candidates whilst also maintaining much of our candidate and client database.
